1. Our Services

North Babylon Towing Company provides towing, roadside assistance, and related vehicle services in North Babylon, NY and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion, including situations where safety cannot be assured, the vehicle or location is inaccessible, or the requested service falls outside our capabilities.

All service requests are subject to availability. Response times may vary based on demand, weather, traffic conditions, and distance. We strive to provide prompt service but cannot guarantee specific arrival times.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are provided at the time of your service request and are subject to change. Final pricing may vary based on the actual conditions at the scene, vehicle type, distance, and any additional work required. We will communicate any changes to the estimated price before proceeding with the service whenever possible.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash and major credit cards. Failure to pay for services rendered may result in legal action to recover the amount owed, including any storage or administrative fees incurred.

3. Your Responsibilities

By requesting our services, you confirm that you are the vehicle owner or have the legal authority to request towing or roadside assistance for the vehicle in question. You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle, its location, and the nature of the problem. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of the service and a cancellation fee.

You are responsible for removing any personal belongings from your vehicle before it is towed. North Babylon Towing Company is not responsible for personal items left in a towed vehicle.

4. Limitation of Liability

North Babylon Towing Company carries commercial insurance and takes care to protect your vehicle during service. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures unrelated to the towing process, or damage caused by road or weather conditions beyond our control.

Our liability for any claim arising from a service we perform is limited to the cost of that specific service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

5. Vehicle Storage

If your vehicle is placed in storage after a tow, daily storage fees apply starting the day after the tow. You will be notified of storage location and fees. Vehicles not claimed within the time allowed by New York State law may be subject to a lien sale in accordance with applicable regulations.
